Elbow is a part of the Moose Jaw - Thunder Creek Health Care District, with health services located in the Town of Central Butte (30 minutes by car). Our First Responder Program works in conjunction with the Central Butte EMS Service to provide emergency services to Elbow and surrounding area. Rural 911 dispatch service is in place.
